Thomapyrin^® - our pain reliever - contains acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol, caffeine, and treats mild to moderate headache, migraine attacks, with and without aura, and tension-type headache.

The active ingredients of the triple combination, acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol and caffeine, suppress pain synergistically via interaction with several pain-related molecular mechanisms.
